General provisions

This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") of the Site applies to all information that the Information Platform can receive from Site users.

The Information Platform strives to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or a set of information about a natural person who is identified or can be specifically identified), thereby creating and providing the most comfortable conditions for using the Site's services for each user (hereinafter referred to as the "User").

This Policy sets out the procedure for using your personal data by the Information Platform.

By agreeing to the use of cookies on your first visit to the Site, in accordance with the provisions of the Policy, you give us permission to use cookies on each of your subsequent visits. All types of data processing and analysis specified in this Policy, as well as their storage, are carried out in full compliance with the legislation of Ukraine regarding the protection of personal data.

When the User receives access to any part of the Site, it is considered that he/she agrees with the provisions of this Policy.

Collection, analysis and use of personal data

The term "personal data" is used in the sense given in Art. 2 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

The Information Platform does not check the reliability of the information received about the User by the Google Analytics system installed on this site, and does not control the legal personality of the User.

The following types of personal data are subject to collection, storage and use:

1. Information about the User's computer, including IP address, geographic location, browser type and version and operating system, time and date of the User's visit to the Site (automatic collection of technical information);
2. Information about visits and use of this Site by the User, duration of visits, viewed pages and ways of navigating the site;
3. Information about the User's e-mail address, which the latter used to register on the Site;
4. Information entered by the User during registration and/or filling out any questionnaire, form, etc. without registration on the Site - for example, name, photo, gender, date of birth, marital status, hobbies and interests, education, place of work, phone number, address, etc.;
5. Information, such as the User's name and e-mail address, which the User specified when signing up for e-mail messages and/or newsletters from the Site;
6. Information entered by the User while using the Site's services;
7. Information generated when using the Site, including information about the time, frequency and conditions of its use;
8. Information that the User has placed on the Site for the purpose of publishing it on the Internet, including the User's name, profile picture, website address, telephone, contact information and the content of the publication, etc.;
9. Information contained in any messages that the User sent by e-mail or through the Site, including the content of the message and the purpose of the data;
10. Cookies (with user consent).
11. Any other personal information sent by the User for the purpose of using information from the Site.

The Information Platform collects only those personal data that are knowingly and voluntarily provided by the User as a subject of personal data for the purpose of using the services of the Site, which, in accordance with the requirements of the law, represents the consent of the subject of personal data to the processing of his/her personal data in accordance with the purpose of their processing, formulated in this Policy.

The Information Platform does not collect any information for the processing of which certain requirements are established by law, in accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

Before disclosing the personal data of a third party to the Information Platform, the User undertakes to obtain the consent of that person both for the disclosure, and for the processing of this information in accordance with the Policy.

The personal data that the User provides to the Information Platform through the Site will be used for the purposes specified in the Policy and/or on the relevant pages of the Site, including, but not exclusively, in order to ensure the provision of information to the User regarding the assistance posted on the Site, information exchange (in including regarding the usefulness and effectiveness of information from the Site), etc., in accordance with and in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, as well as in accordance with the Terms of Use of the Site and other acts regulating the activities of the Information Platform.

The Information Platform can use the User's personal data for the following purposes:

1. Site administration;
2. enabling Users to use the services available on the Site;
3. provision of information to Users regarding assistance posted on the Site;
4. sending any messages and/or news of the Site to Users, including by e-mail, both requested and unsolicited by Users;
5. sending Users an electronic newsletter, if the User has subscribed to it (the User can notify the Information Platform at any time that he/she no longer wishes to receive electronic newsletters);
6. providing statistical information about Users to third-party companies (however, these third-party companies will not be able to identify any individual user from this data);
7. processing of requests and complaints made by the User or against him/her, and those which relate to the Site;
8. in order to ensure the security of the Site, and prevent fraud;
9. for the purpose of checking compliance with the Terms of Use of the Site and the Policy (including monitoring of private messages sent through the Site's private message service); and
10. for other purposes.

If the User provides personal data for publication on the Site, and if the Information Platform considers it appropriate, guided by its own discretion, the Information Platform will publish it. Otherwise, the Information Platform will use this information in accordance with the consent and/or permission that the User has given to the Information Platform.

Without the User's express consent, the Information Platform will not transfer the User's personal data to any third-party company for direct marketing use by this or any other third-party company.

In order to collect and analyze information about how the User uses the Site, the Information Platform uses Google Analytics software. The information obtained helps to improve the Site taking into account the needs of Users. Google Analytics does not collect and store personal data of Users, and does not use or share Information Platform analytics data.

The Information Platform informs the User that your rights as a subject of personal data are regulated by Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data".

Dissemination and disclosure of personal data

The Information Platform reserves the right to disclose the User's personal data to any of

the employees, managers, policyholders, professional advisors, agents, etc. in the scope and within purposes specified in the Policy:

1. in those cases in which the Information Platform is required to do so by the legislation of Ukraine;
2. in connection with any current or future legal proceedings;
3. in order to establish, implement or protect the legal rights of the Information Platform (including providing information to other parties to prevent fraud, etc.);
4. to any person who, in the reasonable opinion of the Information Platform, may submit a request to a court or other authorized body for the disclosure of this personal data and, in the reasonable opinion of the Information Platform, this court or authorized body will issue an order for the disclosure of this personal data.

The Information Platform will not disclose the User's personal data to third parties, except for the cases specified in the Policy.

Information collected by the Information Platform may be stored, processed and transferred between any countries with which the Information Platform cooperates in order to enable the Information Platform to use this information in accordance with the Policy.

Personal data published by the User on the Site, through the Internet and/or by means of the Information Platform, may be available worldwide. The Information Platform cannot prevent its use, or its illegal use for criminal purposes, by third parties.

By agreeing to the Policy, the User gives unquestionable consent to the transfer of personal data specified above.

Period of personal data storage

The user's personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purpose of processing such data. Personal data may be destroyed after the expiration of the storage period or in cases provided by law. 

Use of cookies

The Information Platform can collect certain information through the use of cookies.

A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that is downloaded and stored on the User's computer, tablet or mobile phone when he/she visits certain websites.

There are different ways to set cookies. The User can: disable their operation and delete them at his/her own will; change his/her browser settings in order to limit the use of cookies; limit the browser's ability to track his/her website browsing history.

 Cookies do NOT pose a threat to your computer or security, and despite popular misconceptions, they have nothing to do with viruses such as Trojan horse. When you visit a website, cookies help the website to "remember" you and your activity on the Site over several visits, which means that the site will work faster for you. If you want to know more about cookies, you will find a lot of information about them on the Internet.

What should I do if I want to restrict permission for cookies?

If you do not wish to receive cookies, you can set your browser to receive notifications when cookies are sent to you, or block them altogether. You can also delete cookies that have been downloaded.

Why do we use cookies?

The Information Platform uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service from Google Inc. (Google), which uses cookies that help analyzing the use of the Site, and improving your work with the Site's systems and services. The Information Platform is not responsible for Google's privacy policy, which we recommend you read at the following link: https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies?hl=en.

Collected information about how and when our users visit the site can help us improve it in the future. On the Site, we use cookies to understand what content interests you and to remember you if you visit the Site again. The use of cookies is an industry standard, and it is implemented on many Internet sites.

You can also refuse the use of cookies using the appropriate settings of your browser, but keep in mind that then you will not be able to use the functionality of the Site to the full extent. By using the Site, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

Protection of your personal data

The Information Platform will take sufficient technical and organizational measures in order to prevent the loss, illegal use or falsification of the User's personal data.

All personal data provided by the User is stored on secure servers.

The User confirms his familiarization with the fact that the transmission of information over the Internet is inherently insecure, and the Information Platform cannot guarantee the protection of data sent over the World Wide Web.

The User is fully responsible for keeping his password for access to the Site (in case of registration) confidential. The Information Platform will never ask for your password (except when you try to log in to your account on the Site).

Third Party Websites

For the User's convenience, the Site contains links to other websites and Internet resources (including social networks). The Information Platform has no management tools, and it is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, content of information, privacy policy, terms of use of sites on such websites and Internet resources, and practices of third parties in similar industries.

If you link to other websites and/or Internet resources, this Policy will not apply to such sites. Therefore, the Information Platform recommends reviewing the privacy and personal data policy and terms of use of each website and/or online resource before submitting any personally identifiable information.

Change of policy

Changes and additions may be made to this Policy from time to time and without prior notice to the User by the Information Platform, at its own discretion, including when the requirements of the law change.

In the event of changes to this Policy, the Information Platform will post its new version on the Site, and such Policy shall enter into force at the time of its publication/posting on the Site. If the User refuses to accept the Policy with changes, the latter shall immediately leave the Site, otherwise it is considered that the User unquestionably agrees with the relevant changes to the Policy.
